Whether you're an athlete, a desk worker, or simply looking to improve your mobility and reduce pain, our sessions are designed to target your unique needs. Urban Stretch Hygiene & Dress Code Policy To ensure a clean, respectful, and safe environment for all clients and staff, Urban Stretch has adopted the following Hygiene & Dress Code Policy. Your cooperation supports our mission to provide a professional, comfortable, and healthy space for everyone. Hygiene Expectations All clients are expected to arrive with showered and clean bodies. We kindly ask that you arrive for your assisted stretch session with good personal hygiene. Socks Policy All clients must wear clean, closed-toe socks for all sessions. We recommend grip socks for better traction and safety. If you don’t have any they are available for purchase upon arrival. Clothing Guidelines Please wear loose-fitting, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Clothing should be clean and free of excessive sweat or odor. Additional Notes Clients not adhering to this policy may be asked to reschedule their session. Cancellation Policy
If the full balance has been paid and you fail to attend your scheduled session or do not cancel within the appropriate cancellation window, no refund will be issued. If only a deposit was paid, the deposit will be non-refundable. For sessions booked using a package credit, the credit will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. In cases of extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the provider.
